Machinery Shipments:

ALL machinery shipments MUST be shipped directly to the David L. Lawrence Convention Center C/O T3 Expo. 

T3 Expo WILL NOT ACCEPT any shipments addressed to the David L. Lawrence Convention Center 
prior to the first day of Exhibitor Move-in.

All shipments received on overtime will be assessed a 25% surcharge of the applicable rate

Straight Time/Overtime/Double Time Straight Time is 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday. 
Overtime is before 8:00 am and after 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday, and all day Saturday. 
Double Time is all day Sunday and observed Union holidays.
